Caravan Description and User Terms
The caravan is a 35’ x 12’ Willerby Granada with two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a bathroom with shower basin and W.C. Smoking is not allowed in the van. The Caravan is fully mains serviced with Calor gas for heating and cooking and some electric heaters for colder weather. The gas water heater provides instant hot water to the sink, hand wash basin and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for four visitors with microwave , electric toaster and kettle, ample crockery and cooking utensils. The gas stove has four rings, a grill and full size oven. The refrigerator has a small frozen food compartment.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required for each week or part week booked. The balance is payable in full no later than six weeks prior to the arrival date.
The booking fees and availability for 2008, inclusive of gas & electricity are on the attached schedule. Short break bookings may be accepted subject to availability but will not be accepted to include Bank Holidays and will not be accepted more than four weeks in advance.
Keys are available from the site shop between 2.00pm and 4.00pm at the start of the holiday. In the event of unexpected delay in arrival, please let the site management know on 01263 837473. The key must be handed in to the site shop by 11.00am at the end of the holiday.
Unless agreed otherwise the weekly booking period runs from Saturday to Saturday. These rates are based on a maximum of four visitors sharing. Full names of all visitors must be declared together with their ages if under 18.
A well trained dog may be allowed by arrangement on payment of an additional fee of £3 a day per dog. The breed and name of the dog must be provided at time of booking. Dogs must not be left in the caravan unattended and must not be allowed on seating and beds.
Duvets and pillows and extra blankets are provided, but you must provide your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels, soap and dog bedding.
There is radio and a remote controlled colour TV with video tape player and a selection of videos. Two small tables, two folding directors chairs and two camping stools are provided for use on the veranda.
